RogueGenocide is a BZFS plugin written so that when a rogue is shot by a tank with Genocide, all of the rogue tanks are killed. Previously, just the tank that was hit was killed, not all of the rogues.
Rogue tanks who pick up Genocide often kill themselves to get the (usually large) score bonus from killing all of the rogues.
