void bz_incrementPlayerLosses (int playerID, int increment)
Increments the losses of a player.
Parameters: 
playerID  -  The player who is affected by the loss change. 
increment  -  The losses to add to the player. (0 to leave the losses unchanged, negative number to decrement the losses)
