The Current Maintainer of BZFlag is the person who owns the copyright on the code and is responsible for the management of the project.

The Current Maintainer is Tim Riker. He has been the maintainer since the initial open source release in 2000

Chris Schoeneman was the previous maintainer and the original author of the project.

The maintainer is not the only one of the Project Administrators for the project.
