Wings3D is a subdivision modeler inspired by Nendo and Mirai from Izware and can be used to create and export bzflag objects. There is no support in Wings for doing animations.
You can download Wings3D from wings3D.com.
Wings3D supports exporting models as .bzw meshes. However, it also is possible to export as .obj meshes and use Modeltool to convert the exported mesh into DrawInfo.
