Flesh out the propsoed features, try to make them as generic as possible. i.e If you allow the editing of a bad words file, you basicly allow the editing of ANY external file, so put it that way. Describe the code section in more detail breaking down the various sections that you will have. Describe the various actions that you plan for controlling the live game.
