This is the plugin that most servers use that announces "SERVER: <Callsign> is on a Rampage!" To load it simply put in your config file -loadplugin /path/to/playHistoryTracker.so or do /loadplugin/path/to/playHistoryTracker.so while in the game. Once loaded you don't have to do anything.
