Third generation of Global Services

BZFlag now gains a far more powerful and comprehensive version of Global Authentication.

Quoted from readme: 

This project is the third generation of the central services and aims to provide a legacy interface compatible with the v2 services and also 
provide a modern REST API with additional functionality. Another goal is support for CGNAT and, on the REST API, IPv6, both of which are pain 
points with the current v2 authentication system.

2025 gains 2 new releases

BZFlag versions 2.4.28 and 2.4.30 get released.

It's planned to soon resolve CGNAT issues which have sometimes plagued a few players over the years.
