BZFS Event. This page documents a BZFS event that is called by the game server to notify plug-ins of various actions and state changes in the game world.


Overview

The bz_ePlayerDieEvent is an API event that is called each time a player died.

Data

bz_ePlayerDieEvent returns the bz_PlayerDieEventData data class.

name type value description
playerID int ID of the player who died
team bz_eTeamType The team the dying player was a member of
killerID int The bastard who killed the player
killerTeam bz_eTeamType The team the killer was a member of
flagKilledWith bzApiString The kind of flag used to kill
shotID int Index of the bullet which hit the player fatally
pos float[3] Position of the dying player
rot float Rotation of the dying player
time double Time at which the player was killed

Uses

This event is a notification only event, none of the data returned can be changed.
