Fires a Guided Missile at a player.

Parameters:
targetPlayerID  -  Player to fire the GM at.
lifetime  -  How long the world weapon will "live".
*pos  -  Position the world weapon will fire from.
tilt  -  The tilt of the weapon.
direction  -  The direction of which to fire the world weapon. (rotation)
dt  -  Delay time. How many seconds to wait before firing the GM.
shotTeam  -  Team color of the missile. (Rogue by default)
