Yes, Me1 using a cheat client on a public server is usually breaking the rules. Screenshots pose no threat, there is no harm in them. Coogle (an alleged prolific cheater) was the person who wrote this page. I would imagine he has more screenshots  than he posted here. It is very informative and well written. Completed an overhaul of this article today. Merged the Subtle Cheats article with this article. Updated the cheat lists, removed redundant entries, organized sections, and removed outdated content.
