When a developer decides to look at them, they will. If you want to code them up and submit them as patches feel free. No one is getting paid for this, they code in their spare time for fun (yeah, fun... that's it). I looked them over and from past experience most will be rejected (some of the ideas have been suggested in other places) if you really want to know.
