Have seen a lot of cheat clients of different kind. I have never used one. 
What is point of cheating anyway.
People who cheat may have some personal problem and need a shrink.

What many people think are cheat clients actually can be attributed to lag. There are not as many as people tend to claim and more than I would like to see. Subtle cheats really just make you wonder but ar difficult to detect, such as someone seemingly shooting you with ST as they are coming around the corner. Did he KNOW you were there, did he "have a feeling", or was it just dumb luck? Only the player will know without carefully watching and analyzing the players habits. As to why they cheat, it is just a statement of the world we live in. It is a society where you have to "WIN" at all costs. That is the real root of the problem.
