GCF = Group Contact Form We can change the names of channels and remove defunct ones as necessary (when the changes actually occur). Some channels do intend on registering as a primary group that has a "formal claim" on their name (per Freenode policy, these groups should use one #). --AAA 20:02, 7 February 2009 (EST)
