void bz_incrementPlayerWins (int playerID, int increment)
Minimum API Version: 2.4.3
Increments the wins of a player.
Parameters:
playerID - The player who is affected by the win change.
increment - The wins to add to the player. (0 to leave the wins unchanged, negative number to decrement the wins)
